Carpenter's Pond - Black and White

I stopped by Carpenter's pond yesterday morning to see if there were any pictures suitable for this week's pick of the week photo. It was dark, windy and sprinkling rain when I got there and I dreaded getting out of the car. I didn't see anything much that interested so I snapped on my telephoto lens and started scanning the pond for something a little different. This is what I got. Whatever is light and not a stick is rough water caused by the wind.

If the image is a bit soft it was the wind blowing my camera, which was mounted on a tripod, around some.
