I have always been interested in photography but since 2004 I switched from film to digital and have really concentrated on improving my photography skill. I trust this shows in the quality of images I am taking. I take photos here on my blog for my own enjoyment and share them with you in hope you, the viewer, will enjoy them too.

Love the first shot with the tree, bird houses and flowers. It all looks so serene.
I am like PW..I also like the first shot.

That place is about the last spot anyone would take a picture. There was clutter in the background including clothes on the line. I had to get down on my knees and change my angle and focal length a dozen times before I got the scene in my viewfinder that I first had in my mind. Everything is as I took the picture though...no Photoshop other than blending the two images.
