I have always been interested in photography but since 2004 I switched from film to digital and have really concentrated on improving my photography skill. I trust this shows in the quality of images I am taking. I take photos here on my blog for my own enjoyment and share them with you in hope you, the viewer, will enjoy them too.

Did you see the rainbow trout in the pools? Maybe you should carry your fishing pole and a frying pan with you. Don't forget your fishing license. :-)
The picture of the bathroom reminds me of a couple I used to babysit for in the 60's. The man was a well known stock car driver. His wife used to let me sit in the bathroom and watch her do her hair and makeup while she was getting ready to go dancing. What a beautiful lady.
That's what I thought of as soon as I saw your picture.

Didn't see any trout in the pools. Plan to get my fishing license this year just in case..
The picture you refer to spoke to me as well. Reminds me of my childhood. My wife for some reason didn't care for it at all. Oh well, I can't please everyone all the time with my pictures..

That's just the thing about pictures....it's such an individual thing.
I may be the only person who likes some of my pictures.
It's not necessary for anyone to like my pictures like I do...but it is nice to hear feed back and comments.
Like your comments on my picture of my niece...I appreciate your input. I didn't cry or stomp my feet.
I do keep in mind other things in the picture that I might not want when I take pictures now.
I feel like I have made a bit of progress since the weekend at Adairs.
Road trip (hopefully):
The Tidal Bore is scheduled to arrive in Moncton April 17th at 10am. It usually comes a bit earlier than the scheduled time so I'm going to try to get there early. April 17th is the full moon. I usually stand to the right of Chateau Moncton.
